To become a certified nurse’s assistant, in our program it requires at least 75 hours of training in basic health care, health law, and medical ethics. Each student must pass a state administered exam to become certified.
Upon graduating you will receive your certification by the state of Texas and you will be able to apply for a C.N.A position at hospitals, nursing homes and private care.
C.N.A. program are eligible for certification after they pass the state administered exam.

Texas CNA Certification Requirements
In our program students are required to attend an 8 week money management/financial literacy course. In this course students will be aware and knowledgeable of how important it is to understand the importance of Financial literacy, in their lives.
At the completion of this course students will know that financial literacy is the ability to know how to earn money, save money, budget, spend and invest money properly. When you are financially literate, you have the foundation of a relationship with money, and it is a lifelong journey of learning.
Our 600 hour Manicurist course teaches you the theory behind nails along with the hands-on training necessary to pass the Texas state board examinations and become licensed. Students can complete this course approximately 8 months.
The Manicurist program provides entry-level training for students interested in becoming licensed to provide the public with nail services

Working with children requires a unique set of skills and various personalities. There are a variety of verbal and nonverbal skills that are necessary when working with a child and a level of intuition needed to understand their needs since children are still developing their communication skills. There are a variety of different skills needed when it comes to working with children. You can acquire and practice these talents to have an impact on a child's life. Many of these skills work together in different ways and it's essential to follow them whenever possible. Our Childcare program is designed to help students identify six key skills needed for working with kids:

We also provide 24 hours of continuous education that the State of Texas requires each teacherto have yearly. We offer CPR certification, Directors training, Policies and Procedures, State Minimum Standards Training, Special Needs children, and how to prepare Lesson Plans/Activities for all age groups.
The GED Program prepares students to take the GED examination. The GED Program offers integrated instruction in the four areas covered on the GED test: Reasoning through language arts, Science, Social Studies and Mathematical Reasoning. Students will be required to take a pre-assessment test prior to class start.
Students are taught the basic knowledge and skills needed to perform medication administration safely and effectively in this hybrid course. This 68 hour program qualifies participants to take the State. Registered Medication Aide Exam.
Once the student has completed 48 hours of course work and completed 20 hours of clinical training at an assisted living facility with the instructor. The training will prepare individuals for a position as a Medication Aide.
